All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Because we utilize dropshipping models to provide a wider variety of products, delivery times may vary based on the supplier's location.

Expedited Shipping: Estimated 5–10 business days (where available).
Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing or carrier volume.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s).

The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

You can track your package directly through our website or the carrier's portal.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Delvymart is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.

All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Damages
Delvymart is liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim, and include photos of the damage in your communication.
